So let us start from the very beginning here so everyone who doesn't know what they are talking about can understand the full story and stop talking shit without understanding. So it actually started with that player Oil, he made fun of my mother in OOC and then I replied back and we argued in OOC but no staff ever ended the fight, I was watching the 21 crew tryouts and who was there? Oil as he's apparently Co Leader of the 21st and leader is Taylor and Taylor is an event manager but still member of the staff so I was not talking to anyone just watching standing on my car and oil talks shit to me and calls me a low life so I said well you're on a video game so why are you talking then Taylor also called me a lowlife, I reported it to the owner DJ Red and all he did was leak our chats to Taylor and then Taylor acted innocent that day and acted like it was a misunderstanding and let me [color=#c0392b]PAUSE [/color]here and say that I do not hate Taylor but I actually respect him over any of the other staff.. Actually admitted to what he did, moving on so then next time which led to my ban was that I got RDMed and I messaged the kid "Calm your tits" THEN he started making fun of me in OOC and taylor was on and had superadmin rank and also admin Ralph was on but none bothered to stop the players from harassing me and also Taylor called me retarded that day but when I called some kid retarded because he wouldn't stop being 2 faced because he was my "friend" and also spamming ooc "amy stop or else u wont get admin" and shit like that WHICH actually made them make fun of me even more, I fought with taylor through steam and like always they leaked the convo and then I find lots of -1's on my staff app which I couldn't care less about but the fact that some admins that got their rank because of being friends with the owner such as @Villix and that to be honest is not fair and I don't have anything against that idea but I mean if you want to give your friends rank's the least make sure they can do the job or you can hire real staff but the owner DJ Red think's his friends are good staff
So I did actually call @villix a doggy and then later I decided instead of being rude I will explain why I am acting that way through messages and also apologized since he didn't really do anything himself but I was just mad at the others and he actually opened my apology 1 hour ago today. I added him on steam to ask if he saw them he says "What do you want" when I said hey and was replying in a rude manner while I explained what the messages contained and also apologized again, he was like I won't feel pitty for you or something like that but was basically replying in a rude way so that triggered me and I was like I don't give a fuck about your pity and as I was going on to explain why I was apologizing not because I give a fuck about his rank its actually because at the time he didn't do anything to me and I was at fault with him and ONLY him.
Now I do admit to insulting many others but it is not entirely my fault, the staff played a big part in that for not doing their job and stopping it and also obviously took sides and harassed me too.
Now when I met him the third time I apologized and it was ingame and after apologizing I was like "I hope you're not mad at me?" and all he does is !menu and bans me.
Thing is DJ wants me to talk to the staff member or post an unban appeal and I tried to talk to staff but all I get is immature responses and harassed and talked down to so here's the full story. I DO NOT cover shit up. If I said something I own up to it unlike many people apparently who cannot even think about the full story and check if they made the right choice.
NOW although Taylor sold me out and was a dick to me I highly respect him for actually being honest about it and apologizing and he sorry for being a "lazy cunt" in his words not insulting but he said that and I was like what do you mean and he talked about not stopping them and how he joined them which I respect him for because he actually is a cool guy and we talked a lot and actually we're fine now and I enjoy my conversations with him but I still do not like the fact that most staff are just staff because they are friend's with the owner so basically they have a huge amount of power and trust which in my opinion they do not ALL deserve, some deserve it like Josh for example he actually does his job, earned it from nothing, and handles sits and so on while other staff are usually just role-playing and messing around and sometimes but rarely helping out with actual reports.
so there is the full story and what I think is wrong with the staff team and how it should be changed and AGAIN, I do claim full responsibility for insulting people but it is not fair to ban me for "harassing people" while they harassed me and made fun of my mother, and made fun of me and insulted me and when I reply back to them I get in trouble.
Note: I don't appreciate anyone talking about my family in a bad way because they aren't even alive and you never even knew them so that part triggers me instantly.
