[b]If a citizen robbed a car, what would you do?[/b] Make sure the reason was valid and tell the citizen to call the cops. Here's a few reasons at to why:[/b][/color][/size] - 1st, I don't believe that you are 19 years old, from the answers you've given you're either lying about your age, or you're not mature enough to be a staff member yet. - 2nd, From the stories I've heard, it sounds like you have quite a short temper and can get quite tilted on something minor, and while I understand that staff might not answer some calls, spamming OOC and admin chat in full caps won't help the situation. - 3rd, it doesn't look like you've put much thought into the staff app, with quite generic answers and bad grammar.  [size=120][b][color=#2ecc71]Now I'm going to give you a couple things you should improve on:[/color][/b][/size] - Learn to act more mature about a situation, and try to control your temper. There are things you just have to be patient with, so learning this will definitely help you. - Try to build up your reputation on the server, everyone right now is calling you a minge and spreading rumors about you, so start by ignoring those and start to act a bit more profesionally. - Be honest in your staff applications, and most importantly please do spend some time in these staff apps. Try and make it look professional, and give more detailed answers, instead of really generic things such as "I want to help the players".  If you just improve on these things a bit, I'm sure that in the near future you'll be able to apply for staff again and have better chances of making it into the staff team.
